The #1 problem that this BT solves is that the books are above scrutiny. Basically the books are being being taken and with altered layout or small changes can be sold for higher than the regular books - with no money going back to the original creator. Brian, I know you're reading this thread, how about that free review copy I mentioned?)That is not capitalism - that is ip theft if what hypno says is true. The ID exposure and book test being good examples of that.(p.s. I'm open to being shown where copyright law allows for altering and reselling someone else's intellectual property without getting permission from them or the publisher - but I'm not going to hold my breath while I wait for that.I guess I can assume the answers to my questions are that BB has not gotten permission to alter and sell these books, nor is he compensating their copyright holders for his commercial use of their intellectual property.FrenchDrop knows his stuff when it comes to publishing, he's been in the business for a long time.If Brian Brushyourwood doesn't have permission then he could be on very shaky ground should the publisher find out what he's doing with their copyrighted work.The capitalist in me though admires Brian Brushyourwood for his ability to leverage other people's ideas and work for personal gain.

I suggest hypnotic1 stop posting anything regarding these things unless he is secretly wanting to crush bb for his own personal reasons.The reason Sherlock and other book tests are ok is because the author has been dead for over 75 years.
Someone coming out to defend bb gives the information to destroy him. We had a director of a school board recently step down for basically plagerizing an entire piece he used for an editorial in a national newspaper.So, who will contact the proper people? I believe someone here with publishing background who knows the lay of the land can send a few emails or quick call and have this sorted out!Then we'll see if bb attorney was just a shyster (if he even existed at all)Wow - this is pure ironic justice.
